ParyonUSD Release Plan

Intro#

Today, on November 15th, half a year after ParyonUSD was announced at the Bliss 2025 conference, we’re ready to share our release plans! In addition to a launch date, we have a bunch of updates for the weeks leading up to the launch of ParyonUSD.

Launch Date#

The count down has begun! The launch date for ParyonUSD is December 4th, in roughly 3 weeks from now! This is nicely in accordance with our timeline, as we set out to launch before the end of the year. Beyond the launch date we want to detail our plans for the coming weeks leading up to the launch of ParyonUSD.

Revamped Landing Page#

In preparation for the launch, we have fully revamped the landing page for ParyonUSD.com to have modern look and to unify the design with the Dapp. The new website has top-level navigation making it much easier to move between the main contents, the FAQ, the blog and the upcoming Dapp. For now all buttons to launch the Dapp where you’ll be able to Borrow Icon borrow, Stake Icon stake and Redeem Icon redeem are locked until launch.

Smart Contracts#

Most important for a deployment of a decentralized application is that the smart contracts are fully ready and properly tested, as this is the code which will be holding and handling money (Bitcoin Cash). The ParyonUSD contract system consists of 26 smart contracts, written in CashScript. With this, ParyonUSD is the most advanced end-user application ever developed on Bitcoin Script.

Contract Audit#

We’re happy to share that the ParyonUSD smart contracts underwent a rigorous code audit by a 3rd party. The initial code audit resulted in some excellent feedback which was incorporated into the contracts before they underwent a further and final audit which was passed successfully. We will be sharing the audit report publicly.

Open Source#

In the coming week we will open-source the repository with the ParyonUSD smart contracts. This GitHub repo will include the documentation for the smart contracts and contract schematics. The ‘contracts’ repo will be the first of a series to be open-sourced as part of the ParyonUSD project. We’re looking forward to sharing more about this, soon!
